Fall Grants 2025

This September, we will open our Fall Grants streams to local community organizations. Many more details to come! Stay tuned for more information including application dates in August. 

This year’s Fall Grants program will include: 

• NEW – Dufferin Vision Fund grants to meet urgent needs or foster opportunities
• NEW – Refugee Resettlement Fund grants to help organizations that have brought in refugees
• MORE funding for Arts & Culture Grants
• Third annual Environment Fund Grant
